LITTLE ROCK, AR - Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) Maumelle Library, 10 Lake Pointe Dr., Maumelle, will offer free yoga classes for adults each Saturday in August. All sessions will start at 10:00 a.m. Yoga at the Library is a 60-minute class open to all adults, including those with no yoga experience. Instructor Melissa Diller is registered with the Yoga Alliance and currently teaches yoga at 10 Fitness (Maumelle and Rodney Parham locations) and Blue Yoga Nyla in North Little Rock.


Yoga mats will be provided. Participants are encouraged to wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a water bottle and towel.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Class size is limited; registration is required. Registration opens July 1 and must be completed in person at Maumelle Library.
